Here are 10 simple tips you can use to meet your goals and not give up halfway!
Year after year we tend to abandon our purposes without realizing it. We advise you to write down your goals for this new year in your a journal (check-in from time to time). Achieve your goals through simple acts that end up becoming habits.
2. Expert Hands
For spectacular skin make sure to have routine facials and regularly visit your dermatologist! A skin diagnosis is essential to see its status and determine any necessary adjustments to your routine. You can take one on our website!
3. Cleanse the skin twice a day: morning and night.
Clean skin is the first step in step in taking care of your skin!
4. Exfoliate! (At least once a week).
Whatever your skin type, don’t forget to exfoliate! Exfoliation works to eliminate dead cells, prevent the appearance of impurities, as well as improve skin microcirculation. There are many different types of exfoliator! Find the one that best suits your skin here!
5. Take care of your eyes!
One of the most sensitive parts of the face is the eye contour. The skin around your eyes is 20 times thinner than the rest. 6. Sleep Well

The Golden Hours (23:00-02:00h) is the time slot in which the skin is most receptive, take advantage of that moment with a concentrated detox or a sleeping mask.
7. Protect yourself.
Your skin has to defend itself day by day from “invisible” enemies, which cause 80% of the signs of aging. There are 4 types of nefarious contamination for your skin: air pollution, solar, domestic pollution and blue light.
If you live in the city, using anti-pollution products is highly recommended.
